This page is maintained by the ARIE Method team to answer common questions about how we handle your information when you correspond with the practice. It is not a certification or an independent audit.
What we collect
Only what you choose to share.
When you write to the practice or request the field guide, we collect the name, email, and any context you provide so that a member of our team can reply. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To reply personally and to send what you asked for.
Your message is read by the ARIE team and used to respond to your enquiry. If you requested the field guide, we may also send the document and a short follow-up. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to that email.
Where it lives
On infrastructure we manage, with access limited to the team.
Submissions are stored in a managed database used only by this site, and email is delivered through a transactional email provider. The site is hosted through Lovable. We rely on the platform's standard security capabilities; this site is not independently certified against any compliance standard.
Your choices
Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Write to connect@ariemethod.com and we will respond personally and in confidence within two working days.
Reporting a concern
If you notice something that looks insecure, let us know.
